Overall operation, maintenance and long term improvement programs for the public infrastructure, consisting of sanitary sewer collection system, sanitary sewage pump stations, storm water collection system, street repairs and maintenance, and Village parks and buildings. The Public Works Department is also responsible for collection and disposal of municipal solid waste collected from homes, and periodic large item pickup.
