Board Meeting Minutes May 20th, 2020
The mayor reported the lunch program ends on the same day. The Christian Activities Center will be providing their own program. They will be distributing from the small pavilion at Rose Lake Park.

The lunch program has been a means of encouragement in the community. The mayor has also received compliments for that. Mayor Suarez thanked all the people who help with the lunch distributions. Special Emergency Board Meeting March 21st, 2020
There was meeting over possibility of being reimbursed by FEMA with regard to COVID-19 Emergency costs to municipalities.
Board Meeting Minutes March 18th, 2020
At this time Mayor Suarez addressed those present with a review of Resolution 2020-04, an emergency resolution addressing the village’s efforts to combat the Coronavirus (COVID-19). The mayor emphasized the dangers involved and the willingness of the village administration to cooperate with the state and federal government’s guidelines. Briefly, the mayor described some of the content of the resolution.
