Ordinance No. 2 – 1914 Annual Appropriation

ORDINANCE NO. 2.

AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION
OF THE VILLAGE OF FAIRMONT CITY ILLINOIS, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING ON THE 30TH DAY OF APRIL A. D. 1915.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF FAIRMONT CITY, ILLINOIS:

Section l.

That there be and is hereby appropriated for the fiscal year ending on the 30th day of April, A. D. 1915, the sum of Five Hundred and One Hundred Dollars, to defray all necessary expenses and liabilities of the said Village of Fairmont City, Illinois, accruing during said year, to be applied to the following objects and purposes, to-wit:

Elections – $150.00
Printing and Stationery – $100.00
Streets And Alleys – $1000.00
Bridges And Culverts – $200.00
Sideswalks – $500.00
Salaries – $2460.00
Contingent and Necessary Expense – $700.00

TOTAL – $5100.00

Section 2.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten days after its passage, approval and due publication.

Published by posting true copies thereof in three conspicuous places in said Village of Fairmont City, Illinois, as follows, to-wit:
One at Town Hall.
One at County Line Waiting Room.
One at Vandalia Avenue and Maple Avenue.
on the 20th day of June, A. D. 1914.
